Meet Mariam
“The future belongs to those who believe in their dreams.”
-Eleanor Roosevelt
Hello powerful seeker! I’m glad you found me.
My clients say I have a superpower for helping sensitive souls and seekers like you to get unstuck from the past trauma and challenges and move forward to live a full, exciting, happy, fulfilling, and successful life with confidence. The chains of the past help you to recreate the past in your future unless you decide to change what you want to create. If you have experienced childhood abuse/trauma you will recreate that in your adult life and relationships until you address the ghosts of the past. But you cannot address what you don’t know. The first step to stopping the cycle is understanding how you got where you are and the patterns of behavior that help you repeat the cycle. You will understand how these patterns work in you to keep from getting the life you truly want and have dreamt of. You are not doing this consciously; in fact, it may feel like these things are happening to you.
If you are tired of trying to figure it all out on your own, let’s talk. Fill out the form on Work with Mariam and we’ll uncover what you want and need. The most transformative journey that you will take is one of self-discovery to finding your true self, your inner beauty, your inner diamonds.
My Passion – How did I get here …..becoming a coach
My personality is a perfect match for coaching and psychology/psychotherapy and people development. And, in 2021, after a transformational workshop, I had a powerful call with the founder and CEO of the center for Workforce Excellence- Trudy Bourgeois – a leading expert on transformational leadership and at the end of the call I decided that I wanted to pursue my goal to become a professionally certified coach and as a survivor of childhood and narcissistic abuse, I felt a personal calling to the area of personal leadership and transformation. It is personal for me, and I feel invested in the wellbeing of other people who are going through similar struggles as I did in the past. I also serve as living proof that one can transform trauma and abuse and not only survive but thrive and go on to live a healthy happy fulfilling life.
From the first client I started to work with, I noticed that they all were struggling with the coupling between sensitivity and a traumatic past. Some of the issues I have helped my clients resolve include:
Lack of proper self-care.
Feeling like they are not good enough/ Low self esteem.
Feeling like they are not lovable.
Self-Sabotage in their career and love life.
Lack of trust after abuse.
Loss of their inner voice – their expression.
Intense emotions.
Boundaries/ Lack of boundaries.
Relationships/Friendships-searching for meaningful relationships.
Finding the right career.
Trauma/Childhood history
Over caring for others.
Overwhelmed in careers- trying to find balance.
Perfectionism and perfectionistic tendencies.
Burnout from taking on too much
Let me show you how by working together you will be able to learn tools to help you move forward with confidence.

On a personal level, who am I really?
I am highly intelligent and creative. I have high emotional intelligence with a strong sense of right and wrong. I am highly sensitive, highly intuitive, psychic and self-aware. At the core, I am a non-conformist with a drive to speak the truth and seek justice for people who may not speak for themselves. I am authentic and I refuse to be anything other than who I am. I am always connected to my inner guidance, and I see things as they truly are. I have a strong need for autonomy and independence and so I don’t mind being alone because I find deep solace and comfort in solitude. I have a deep sense of empathy, and I can sense when others around me are upset or when they are struggling in life. I am strongly opinionated on topics that I care about and I know exactly how I feel about most everything. Since I was a child I knew what I wanted to do in life, it was always evolving as life does. Every day, I know what I want to do, and I am not afraid to go and do it. I want to help the world be a better place and I don’t care about standing out or being recognized for my accomplishments. My main concern is the working with people who resonate with my message and who value what I bring to them.
Mariam lives in the Pacific Northwest. When she is not helping clients or working with her team, she is gardening, hiking/spending time in nature, advancing her knowledge in psychology (people & leadership development) and spending time with friends and family.
